Layout & Space Planning
An on-site visit to survey and measure the space, followed by construction documents, and a complete space planning package.

Full measurements on site are taken and a record of the existing condition of all considered spaces.

Thoughtfully considered floor plans that resolve the layout, circulation, functionality, and placement of key elements before anything is committed.
- Construction drawings
Detailed CAD plans and elevations that clearly communicate the design intent to your contractor and trades on site.
- Colour palette & material concepts
A curated direction for colours, materials, and finishes to establish the overall look and feel of the space. This provides the same level of design direction offered in the consultation service, while detailed sourcing and selections are available as part of full-service design.
Full-Service Design
From concept to completion, including space planning, material selections, sourcing, specifications, procurement, and project management. Every detail is thoughtfully coordinated to create a seamless experience.
